Recovering from Trauma Webinar

Georgie Somerset from Central Qld has asked if I could promote the following webinar series on recovering from trauma.
Petrea King is running a 4 part webinar series specifically for people who have recently experienced the trauma of floods,fire and cyclone.
It is a series focussing on children,individuals,families and communities and how to recover from trauma.
Any one is welcome and it is relevant for anyone no matter the trauma experience.

The next webinar is Monday night 11th April at 8.00pm to 9.00pm.

We Survived Bathurst Relay for Life

This is a photo of us after the finish of the Relayat 10.00 am Sunday.

Thank you so much for those of you who sponsored us.We started with a warm afternoon but by 4 am it was freezing cold.

We really enjoyed being part of Relay for Life and being able to raise $1,600 between the 3 of us.

Yep the legs are sore but well worth doing. Thanks to Peter Hosking our trusty leader and the other members of the team 17's.

Video Update on Relay for Life & Thanks for Sponsorship

Thank you so much to those of you who have already sponsored one of us in the Bathurst Relay for Life. This weekend we are walking in the Relay for Life to raise funds for Cancer research and support.The relay starts at 4.00 pm Saturday and finishes at 10.00am Sunday ( with an extra hour between 2 and 3 as daylight saving finishes. You may not have a chance to enter an event in your area however you can get involved by sponsoring one of us in the event. I will be posting updates as the weekend goes by so register on the right to get the email of the video updates.
